Job summary

CHANEL in Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Facilitator/Host to greet clients and manage the client journey with warmth and efficiency. This role supports the boutique team to maintain flow and deliver the highest standards of service throughout peak hours.

You will engage clients, answer questions, bridge wait times, and help ensure a seamless in-store experience while upholding CHANEL's inclusive culture and brand values. Flexible schedule required, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related retail experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and facilitate a seamless client journey.
• Manage client wait times and appointments to maintain service levels.
• Assist clients by answering questions and bridging wait times with in-boutique experience.
• Maintain flow of traffic to ensure adequate service levels.
• Communicate expected wait times and in-boutique experience clearly to clients.
