Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related retail experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• In-store presence for opening/closing, receiving inventory and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and host clients.
• Act as brand ambassador and support sales and service.
• Assist Operations with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open/close registers and handle cash/deposits.
• Answer calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
