Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Beverly Hills to support sales teams and ensure a seamless client experience.

The role is multi-functional, assisting with operations, inventory, and customer service to maximize client-facing time and uphold the CHANEL brand. The candidate will work in a fast-paced boutique environment, require strong communication, a passion for client experience, and flexibility to cover late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Heart of House: requires in-store presence to facilitate opening/closing, inventory receiving, and shipping to support sales.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates and the boutique to maximize client-facing time.
• Process receipts, refunds, and credits to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing of registers and handling cash/deposits.
• Package and present merchandise in Chanel standards.
• Answer phone calls to resolve client issues promptly.
