Job summary

CHANEL’s Saks Beverly Hills boutique is seeking a Boutique Facilitator who will be trained to be well‑rounded across boutique activities. This generalist role supports sales associates, helps maximize client-facing time, and ensures smooth operations within the boutique.

You will process sales, handle receipts, refunds, and credits, assist with packaging, opening/closing of registers, and cash deposits, and support shipments and inventory counts while upholding CHANEL brand standards and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Heart of House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of product to support sales to ensure optimal client service

Responsibilities

• Support sales by accurately processing receipts, refunds, and credits.
• Assist with packaging and gift wrapping.
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling.
• Maintain client data capture and respond to inquiries.
• Support operations including shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Oversee check refund procedures.
• Explain policies and transaction documents to clients.
