CHANEL in Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Facilitator, Host who will warmly greet clients and help manage the client journey in our boutique. The role supports all areas of the boutique to maximize client-facing time and maintain a smooth flow of traffic.

You will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and communicate wait times while upholding CHANEL’s standards and the inclusive culture the brand embodies.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly on arrival and facilitate a smooth initial interaction
• Help manage wait times and appointments to optimize client flow
• Assist clients by answering questions and bridging wait time with in-boutique experience
• Maintain steady traffic flow to ensure adequate service levels
• Communicate expected wait times and in-boutique experience clearly to clients
