Job summary

CHANEL Beverly Hills is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to help ensure a superior client experience across all boutique activities. You will support sales, process transactions, and assist with inventory and shipments while maintaining CHANEL standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of packaging and data capture is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in a retail or boutique setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Support a seamless client experience by accurately processing sales.
• Assist with receipts, refunds, and credits.
• Support operations including shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client data capture.
• Assist with opening/closing registers and cash handling.
