Job summary

CHANEL in Houston is seeking a Boutique Facilitator who will deliver the highest standards of service and support all areas of the boutique. This multi-functional role assists sales staff, supports operations, and helps maximize client-facing time by handling tasks across the store.

The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively, and shares a passion for CHANEL’s client experience. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients confidently.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for delivering superior client experiences and brand service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the CHANEL boutique environment.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet all clients in line with CHANEL’s standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing ongoing sales and service support.
• Support Operations with shipping, inventory counts, and daily ticketing tasks.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and handling of merchandise.
• Help with opening/closing registers, cash handling, and prompt issue resolution.
• Perform administrative duties such as answering calls to resolve client issues promptly.
