Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Boutique Facilitator to deliver the highest standards of service and to support all boutique activities. You will be trained to be well-rounded in operations, client experience, and sales support, serving as a generalist across the boutique.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand passion, and a client-centric approach, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure optimal client service. Knowledge of CHANEL offerings is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Must have flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL’s service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
• Support Operations in shipments, inventory counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open and close registers and help handle cash and deposits.
• Answer phone calls to resolve client issues promptly.
