Job summary

CHANEL Tysons is seeking a Boutique Facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will support sales associates, assist with operations, and ensure superior client experiences through attentive service and brand ambassadorship.

With at least 1 year of related experience, you will help manage inventory, opening/closing of registers, and cash handling while maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, to support store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and be a brand ambassador.
• Assist Operations with shipments, inventory cycle counts and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open and close registers and handle cash/deposits.
• Answer phone calls to resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
