Job summary

CHANEL in Tysons is seeking a Boutique Facilitator to support sales associates and the boutique in delivering exceptional client experiences. This generalist role covers opening/closing procedures, packaging, and cash handling while contributing to daily operations and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for CHANEL, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence to open/close the boutique and assist with receiving inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales associates and boutique operations to maximize client-facing time.
• Support shipments processing and daily inventory cycle counts.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging.
• Open/close registers and help with cash deposits.
• Handle administrative duties and respond to client inquiries promptly.
