Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator for the Rodeo Drive location. You will support sales staff and the boutique in delivering exceptional client experiences while performing multi-functional tasks.

Responsibilities include assisting with shipments, inventory counts, packaging, and cash handling. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred, with flexibility for late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high standards of service and guest experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support sales staff.
• Interest in CHANEL, its history, products and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standards of service to clients in-store.
• Support the Operations team with shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and cashiering duties.
• Open and close registers, handle cash and deposits.
• Answer phone calls promptly to resolve client issues.
