Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Manager, Experience to lead a Boutique team and drive elevated client service. You will coach a diverse group of Sales Assistants, foster a culture of care, inclusion, and high performance, and partner with leadership to ensure boutique excellence.

You will analyze KPIs, support training initiatives, and represent CHANEL in the market, building client relationships through local partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required to coach teams and uphold boutique standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople to deliver elevated client service.
• Own and drive performance of Sales Assistants and client experience.
• Analyze boutique and team KPIs and propose action plans.
• Collaborate with Training and Learning Manager on learning support for Fashion Advisors.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop client base through community involvement.
