Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Beverly Hills to help deliver the highest standards of client service. You will be trained to work across boutique operations, supporting sales associates and inventory flow to maximize client-facing time.

The role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional communication, and a genuine passion for CHANEL. A flexible schedule and in-store presence are required to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in retail or similar role.
• High School Diploma required; in-store experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless client experience by accurately processing sales and handling receipts, refunds, and credits.
• Assist with packaging, opening/closing registers, and cash handling.
• Maintain inventory processes and support shipments, counts, and re-ticketing.
• Interface with clients to explain policies and transaction documents as needed.
• Capture complete client data and reinforce CHANEL standards in service.
