The role emphasizes client-centric leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Home Office, and representing CHANEL through community partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique Management requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Foster a positive, diverse, respectful team culture.
• Develop boutique leadership and empower direct reports.
• Set and achieve business goals with the team and Home Office.
• Lead with agility, monitor KPIs and apply lessons learned.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through events and partnerships.
