Formación

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

• Coach boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Develop and empower boutique leadership and manage direct reports and responsibilities.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals with agile and resilient leadership.
