Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Store Manager for its Montgomery Mall boutique. You will co-lead the store with the Boutique Manager, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional Nespresso brand experience through team leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fast-paced or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and teach the team, delivering our House of Hospitality to every customer.
• Drive sales and service through daily coaching and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and grow the store team.
• Ensure operations, inventory, scheduling, and company processes are followed.
• Provide coffee expertise and tastings to guide customers to their perfect match.
• Plan events to engage new customers and strengthen brand relationships.
• Foster a safety-conscious culture for staff and customers.
