Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to support all activities within the Boutique, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless client experience across touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Fashion Advisors and the sales team to maximize client engagement and host clients with warmth. The role focuses on assisting with packaging, stock transfers, and showroom operations while upholding CHANEL’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a hospitable client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with hosting duties while moving through the boutique.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by supporting sales and service for clients and team.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of client purchases.
• Pull products from stockroom and set up fitting rooms for clients.
• Support store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests.
• Log RTW alterations in ACET during fittings to ensure data accuracy.
