CHANEL in New York's SoHo district seeks an Assistant Manager, Client Development to lead a boutique team, drive business, and deliver extraordinary client experiences. This role blends brand ambassador duties with people leadership and strategic client development.

You will coach on the selling floor, train on CHANEL savoir-faire, build partnerships in the local community, and elevate service standards to reflect the House of CHANEL. A strong emphasis on inclusion and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Boutique management requires in-store presence.
• Ability to train and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the selling team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir-faire, product details, and service.
• Represent CHANEL through community involvement and partnerships.
• Develop the client base through local partnerships and events.
