Job summary

Travis County Credit Union in Austin seeks an experienced Member Service Representative to join our team. You will handle member interactions, process transactions, open accounts, and provide accurate information with warmth and courtesy.

Ideal candidates bring banking experience, cash handling skill, and a friendly, detail-oriented approach. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; you will work in a in-person environment with full-time hours, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Banking or credit union experience required.
• Cash handling skills and attention to detail essential.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Open personal and business accounts.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Cross-sell/suggest products and services as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update member records from interactions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
