Job summary

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months in financial services or sales, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months in financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Mon-Sat schedule; ability to cover locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities; follow written/oral instructions.
• Proficient with PC and office equipment; sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospects.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash control and negotiable instruments per policy.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations; educate on products.
• Support sales culture and branch standards; demonstrate accountability.
• Assist with Member Service Center calls and customer requests.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation risks.
• Coordinate with other departments (Lending, Mortgage, CU Services).
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts; know RBFCU agreements.
• Prepare teller reports and guide members to designated areas.
• Observe safety procedures and report hazards.
• All other duties as assigned; duties may change.
