Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to members and prospective members across in-person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Process transactions and maintain cash control per policies.
• Identify banking needs and recommend appropriate RBFCU products.
• Support sales culture and meet branch performance goals.
• Handle Member Service Center requests as needed.
