Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Boutique Team Leader for our University Village boutique in New York. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while coaching sales associates on product knowledge and service standards.

This role emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and a strong customer-first approach. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize operations, visual standards, and store performance in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

/2+ yrs. experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
/Patience for day-to-day challenges and troubleshooting on the spot.
/Effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
/Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
