Job summary

Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a Business System Analyst to support the administration of Jaggaer in Boston. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience, particularly with P2P platforms and Workday integrations.

In this role, you will manage system administration tasks, document workflows, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and additional perks for employees working over 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BSA or system administration experience with Jaggaer or a comparable P2P / procurement platform.
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Workday integrations, particularly procurement-to-finance data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to document business process workflows, system configurations, and access models.
• Experience with role-based access management and security remediation in enterprise applications.
• Proven track record working in fast-moving, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Jaggaer system administration tasks during the ITS transition period.
• Execute role and access remediation – identify and close gaps where system access extends beyond ITS personnel.
• Document current-state Jaggaer business process workflows, system configurations, and integration dependencies.
• Partner with Procurement and Finance business owners to validate the ITS vs. business ownership and support model.
• Track milestones and update Jira as transition tasks are completed.
