Job summary

S2 IT Group LLC is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Alpharetta, GA team. Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize HR and Financial systems with cloud-based Workday HCM and Oracle Financials.

You will develop and execute test strategies, configure Workday modules, perform end-to-end testing, and build data-driven tests using tools like Tricentis and Jira. Travel to client locations within the US may be required.

• Master’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize HR and Financial systems to cloud-based Workday HCM and Oracle Financials.
• Develop and execute Test strategies and Plans.
• Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave.
• Test end-to-end processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, RTR.
• Script and execute tests for back-end testing—ETL, warehousing, databases, APIs.
• Test Cloud Infrastructure—Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains using TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad, and other tools.
• Arrange tenant and localization setup for HCM and Payroll modules.
• Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism with various functions.
• Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality.
• Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira.

Test E2E businessprocesses such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR).Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases,APIs. Test Cloud Infrastructure – Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, SecurityDomains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other Testing and reportingtools. Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules.Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing variousprism functions.
