Job summary

S2 IT Group in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Senior Test Specialist to modernize HR and financial systems to cloud solutions such as Workday HCM and Oracle Financials. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, covering ERP modules and end-to-end business processes, including security and cloud infra testing.

Responsibilities include back-end testing (ETL, databases, APIs), Tosca scripting, and building reports with Workday Studio.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials.
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans.
• Test end-to-end business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR).
• Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, databases, APIs.
• Test cloud infrastructure - instances, load balancers, gateways, security domains; implement Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad and related tools.
• Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism.
• Create data-driven tests using Tosca and automate functionality.
• Develop Tosca with Jenkins and Jira.

Job Duties: Gather requirementsand define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems tocloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials. Develop andexecute Test strategiesand Plans. Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM,Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave. Test E2E businessprocesses such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR).Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases,APIs. Test Cloud Infrastructure - Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, SecurityDomains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other Testing and reportingtools. Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules.Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing variousprism functions. Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automatefunctionality. Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Required toolsand utilities: HCM, Oracle,qtest,Target Process, Jira, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT,SOAP, UIA Engine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW's.

Other: Full Time. Travel involved tounanticipated client locations within US.
