Job summary

JPI is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll support maintenance, configuration, and evolution of JPI’s financial systems, focusing on Workday Financial Management.

You’ll also provide limited Workday-focused support for Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, and Procore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support and training, bringing technical curiosity and a commitment to service excellence while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a business, financial, or IT support setting; prior exposure to Workday is strongly preferred.
• Foundational understanding of financial processes (e.g., general ledger, month-end activities) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; able to explain system issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with business software and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Willingness to pursue Workday training and certifications as part of ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Workday-related support and related systems.
• Manage and resolve support requests through the ticketing system, prioritizing by impact.
• Develop training materials and sessions for Workday workflows.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Internal Audit to align Workday with business needs.
• Support configurations and data integrity across Workday and connected systems (Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, Procore).
