Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Fulfillment Outfitter in Baltimore to support the BOSS program by filling orders, sorting, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment. You will assist customers on the Sales floor and participate in ongoing training to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role involves moving merchandise, verifying UPC codes, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness, with a starting pay rate of $16.00–$18.75 per hour and a benefits package for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse and fulfillment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill retail or direct customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching to orders.
• Sort and pack merchandise for shipment in appropriate containers.
• Move merchandise between warehouse locations using equipment or manually load/unload trailers.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Attend mandatory trainings and safety sessions.
