Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Garland, TX is seeking a BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to fill online orders by picking, packing and loading merchandise for direct customers and retail stores. You will sort merchandise, inspect quality, pull and ship orders, and assist customers on the sales floor when needed, while maintaining back room organization, safety, and accurate counts for inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders by picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment.
• Sort merchandise and pack using proper containers; inspect quality and presentation.
• Pull merchandise from stock locations and place in proper containers.
• Move merchandise using material handling equipment or manually load/unload trailers.
• Assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the back room.
