Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter in Washington. The role involves filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing and loading merchandise for shipment to customers and stores. You will assist customers on the Sales floor and ensure product quality and presentation.

Starting pay ranges from $17.13 to $19.75 per hour. The position offers part-time benefits and a path to growth while promoting safety and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BOSS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders, sort and pack merchandise for shipment.
• Inspect and prepare items for shipping with proper containers.
• Maintain a safe, clean back-room and assist customers when needed.
