AEG Worldwide in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to streamline venue, one-off, corporate and festival bookings. You will build offers, manage internal ticketing systems, and coordinate with agents and artist teams under the Talent Buyer.

You will maintain the booking database, generate reports, assemble show files, and liaise with marketing, finance and contracting to ensure all paperwork supports settlements. Night, weekend and some holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or better.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Knowledge of the music industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain offers within internal ticketing systems.
• Manage and maintain booking database and generate reports.
• Create and organize show files with contracts, writers and deposits.
• Coordinate with agents, management and talent buyers.
• Support settlements and liaise with internal departments.
