Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Plant Operator to maintain boiler operation, emissions control, and plant efficiency. You will monitor data, adjust processes, and ensure environmental compliance while collaborating with a team of operators and supervisors.

The role involves supervising 2-5 staff, performing inspections during outages, and handling physical duties around boilers and plant equipment. A strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Two years in power plant APO or 5 years related experience or training.
• ASME QRO Provisional license or ability to obtain.
• 2nd Class Engineers license for all MA facilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant operational and emissions data to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Respond to changing conditions to maximize safety and environmental compliance.
• Direct and train operators and plant personnel as needed.
• Perform equipment inspections during outages and routine rounds.
• Conduct physical duties related to boiler maintenance and equipment.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and team.
