WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Utility Operator to operate and inspect power plant systems, including boilers and related equipment, under supervision of the Shift Supervisor and Control Room Operator. Qualifikationen

• Minimum three months related experience or training.
• Mechanical skills for replacement of shear pins, valve repacking, and inspections.
• Knowledge to operate boiler plant auxiliary equipment such as air compressors, dryers, and pumps.
• Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts.

Aufgaben

• Safe and efficient operations of assigned equipment per plant procedures.
• Monitor and inspect boiler plant auxiliary equipment (pumps, motors, fans, dampers, air compressors, valves, mixers).
• Read meters and gauges to identify malfunctions or abnormal conditions and report them.
• Perform sampling, ash sampling, and water treatment as assigned.
• Monitor air pollution control equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area.
