Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center and ensure safe, efficient plant operation. You will monitor processes, operate DCS/PLC systems, and maintain thorough daily logs on all equipment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, following SOPs, and contributing to QA and safety initiatives while supporting a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with CMMS.
• Effective communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Two-year college or technical/vocational background or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center to maximize production, quantity and quality.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Maintain safety, cost effectiveness, and procedures.
• Record daily logs on plant equipment.
• Support QA, maintenance, and plant safety programs.
