Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC seeks a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center operations ensuring safe, efficient production. The role involves monitoring plant processes, operating DCS/PLC systems, and maintaining logs during a 12-hour rotating shift.

The candidate should hold Minnesota boiler licensure, have basic MS Office skills, and be able to work with CMMS. Prior experience in maintenance and QA participation is valued.

Qualifications

• State of Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher is required.
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint is expected.
• Ability to work with CMMS and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Communicate regularly with operators to ensure consistent operation.
• Follow plant policies and procedures and keep the plant clean and organized.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Work with boilers, dryers, water treatment and auxiliary equipment.
• Take daily logs on all plant equipment.
• Follow SOPs and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs and with grain handling/shipping areas.
• Participate in QA program, sample/test streams and maintain QA records.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance department and perform preventive maintenance.
