Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Boiler Operator to manage the Energy Center operations, ensuring maximum production, quantity and quality on a 12-hour rotating shift. You will monitor plant processes and equipment and support company goals and policies.

Responsibilities include operating DCS and PLC systems, taking daily logs, coordinating with maintenance, QA and safety programs, and maintaining clean, organized plant areas.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Minnesota 1st Class B Boiler Engineer license or higher.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Preferred: two-year college/technical training, military background or 3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Energy Center on a 12-hour rotating shift.
• Monitor plant processes and equipment to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective operation.
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals.
• Take daily logs on all plant equipment and monitor DCS & PLC control systems.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, safety, and plant personnel to ensure consistent operation.
