This role provides leadership to boiler and utility personnel, drives regulatory and safety compliance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess a Chief Class Minnesota Boiler Operator License and maintain licensure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Operations and/or Production Operations.
• Possess a Chief Class Minnesota Boiler Operator License.
• Prior leadership experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead boiler and utilities operations to support 24/7 processing.
• Supervise boiler operators, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with CHS policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate testing, inspections, and reporting for boiler systems.
