Job summary

Chick-fil-A Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Back of House Supervisor to lead kitchen Team Members, drive speed, accuracy, and food quality, while upholding Chick-fil-A’s safety and cleanliness standards.

This hands-on leadership role includes an accelerated development program from Team Member to Trainer, Crew Lead, and Supervisor, with structured training and mentorship from senior leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of prior work experience in a customer-facing, team-based, or fast-paced environment.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card (can obtain after hire).
• Coachability and humility; receptive to feedback and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support up to 20 Team Members in the kitchen to ensure speed, accuracy, and food quality.
• Ensure completion of all essential BOH tasks on shift checklists.
• Provide mandated break periods for all employees on shift in compliance with CA Labor Law.
• Hold Team Members accountable to Chick-fil-A Rancho Cucamonga’s policies and standards.
