Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations and stock inventory.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
