Chick-fil-A Rivers Avenue is seeking an exceptional Back of House Team Leader to help drive our grand reopening. You will lead by example, coach team members, and uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards while building a high-performing BOH culture in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop team members while guiding shifts.
• Maintain speed, quality, cleanliness, organization and food safety.
• Support BOH systems and collaborate with FOH and Delivery teams.
• Perform daily safety and quality assessments and ensure Ecosure standards.
• Provide clear direction, feedback and accountability to the team.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and communicate grand reopening goals.
