Qualifications
- 1+ years of kitchen/restaurant leadership experience.
- Knowledge of basic food safety; ServSafe certification a plus.
- Strong communication and motivating leadership required.
- Ability to stand long shifts and lift 30–50 lbs regularly.
- Flexible availability including weekends; Sundays off as per policy.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily BOH shift operations, set a positive tone and train new hires.
- Enforce food safety guidelines, proper temperatures, and cleanliness.
- Coach BOH team across stations, ensuring high teamwork and standards.
- Monitor food prep systems, inventory, and waste to control costs.
- Maintain equipment safety and sanitation checklists during shifts.
- Communicate clearly with Front of House and leadership.
