Job summary

Chick-fil-A Trabuco Hills Center is seeking an experienced Back of House Associate Manager to lead kitchen operations, support shift execution, coach team members, and deliver high-quality guest experiences through speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency.

This hourly, part-time role focuses on operational leadership with 32–40 hours weekly, including weekend and closing availability. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to coach bilingual kitchen staff and maintain team performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of food service experience.
• At least 1 full year of food service leadership experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• QSR or fast-casual leadership experience preferred.
• Kitchen/BOH leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams during active restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Strong availability including ability to close at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and support shift execution.
• Coach team members to maintain food quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Develop and implement restaurant systems and standards.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH for smooth operations and communication.
• Drive labor management and productivity in a fast-paced setting.
