Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates strong character, integrity, and a servant’s heart.
• Ability to lead, influence, and support others in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Clear and professional communication with team members and leadership.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Experience in a kitchen or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute back of house operations and shift execution.
• Model a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Coordinate breaks and maintain kitchen coverage.
• Staff and support all kitchen positions for efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and keep operations flowing.
• Coach and develop team members in real time.
• Maintain clear communication with Directors about performance and needs.
• Step into any position when needed to support speed and accuracy.
• Approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
