Job summary

Chick-fil-A Village District in Raleigh, NC is seeking a highly skilled Back of House Director to lead our kitchen operations and develop a strong leadership pipeline. This role blends hands-on leadership with system improvement and organizational development to build a stronger restaurant team.

The director will own BOH performance across dayparts, focus on food quality and safety, and drive efficiency, labor, and cost controls while mentoring future leaders and partnering with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Directors/Assistant Directors within Chick-fil-A or similar leadership roles are encouraged to apply.
• Experience from high-volume restaurant or hospitality environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Back of House operation across all dayparts.
• Coach, develop, and hold BOH leaders and Team Members accountable.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and develop future leaders.
• Establish sustainable systems and ownership so the operation isn’t dependent on one person.
• Drive improvements in food quality, safety, productivity, and cost control.
• Oversee BOH scheduling, forecasting, and deployment across shifts.
