Chick-fil-A in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Kitchen / Back of House Director to lead BOH operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You will coach the team, uphold service standards, and collaborate with management to ensure smooth shifts and quality food.

You will report to the Owner/Operator, manage inventory, mentor managers, and drive improvements in Profit and Labor reporting. The role offers growth opportunities, comprehensive training, Sundays off, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years relevant work experience in food service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management.
• Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.

Aufgaben

• Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
• Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A food service standards and productivity.
• Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure food meets customer expectations.
• Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.
• Ensure smooth back of house / BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and hospitality supplies.
• Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the back of the store.
• Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.
