Responsibilities

• Lead the Back of House (BOH) organization, production and cleanliness.
• Attend weekly meetings with Executive Leadership Team.
• Coach and develop Kitchen Managers and Team Leaders.
• Ensure Chick-fil-A quality requirements are met consistently.
