Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in supervising retail staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving store sales and contribution goals.
• Lead by example to greet customers and fulfill boating needs.
• Train and develop Crew Members for excellent operations and service.
• Oversee front-end activities, processing transactions and add-on sales.
• Drive Omni-Fulfillment operations and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and Asset Protection standards.
