Long Lake Marina in Bridgton, ME is seeking a Boat Sales Specialist to help customers select boats matching their lifestyle and budget. You will greet clients, assess needs, and guide them through a consultative, low-pressure buying process to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include qualifying customers, documenting interactions in Salesforce, and collaborating with finance, rigging, and service teams. Some travel to shows is required; on-camera participation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and explain boat features and options clearly.
• Guide customers through the sales process with patience, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Document interactions, track prospects, and maintain regular follow-up using the CRM (Salesforce).
• Develop product knowledge through research and on-the-job training to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with management, F&I, and rigging/service departments to support a smooth experience.
• Travel to industry trade training and trade shows; overnight travel is required.
• Participate in videos and commercials with the marketing team (on-camera a plus).
