Qualifications

• Customer service orientation is essential for building long-term relationships with buyers.
• Experience in facilitating sales processes and closing deals.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Knowledge of boat products, features, and accessories helps in demonstration and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Embrace MarineMax values and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Show products in showroom and at off-site events, demonstrate boats on water.
• Follow the MarineMax sales process, prospect new customers and follow up with leads.
• Input customer data accurately into the IDS system and use it to drive sales.
• Coordinate financing requirements with the Business Manager and communicate pricing, taxes, and fees.
