Job summary

Iconic Marine in Osage Beach, MO seeks an experienced Sales Associate to help customers select watercraft and close sales. You will meet with clients, demo boats, and coordinate with Brand Managers and the Service team to ensure a premium delivery experience.

Requirements include 2–4 years of marine sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM and MS Office. A high school diploma or GED is required; boating knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in marine sales or related field.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine needs and arrange product demonstrations.
• Familiarize with inventory to answer questions confidently.
• Assist with boat shows and generate leads.
• Explain product features and competitive pricing.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and inventory matching.
• Initiate contact with at least ten leads daily.
• Evaluate trade-ins and prepare quotes in coordination with service team.
• Ensure delivery is smooth and address any post-sale issues.
