As a Boat Sales Specialist, you will often be a customer’s first point of contact. You will make a positive, lasting impression, learn how each customer plans to use their boat, and guide them toward an option that fits their boating location, family, interests, and budget. Our approach is friendly and consultative, with an emphasis on lasting customer relationships.
On-the-job training will be provided by experienced sales specialists. You will join a team that values collaboration and strives to make boat shopping an enjoyable experience for customers and fellow team members.

Employment type: Full Time/ Year Round
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9AM-5PM, Monday's required in season.
Compensation: Minimum wage plus commission structure based on retail sales price of the unit.
